Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Apple and Google Pay.

How can I track my order status?
Log in to your account, go to "Orders," and you will find the status and tracking details for all your current and past orders.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to get to you. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders after submission. But feel free to reach out, and we can check if it is still possible!


Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Read our full Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the UK but follow us on social media for any updates to this!


Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. Read our full Refund Policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@fortitudeandliberty.com.  If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I return a sale item?
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
